Mohawk Industries  ANNUAL SALES EVENT - RESTRUCTURE MESSAGING
Every Generation Needs a New Revelation.  Co-creator of a branded messaging campaign "Dias de los Muertos" for Mohawk Industries regarding a company restructure delivered at their annual National Sales Convention.  
 
Mohawk was celebrating a new direction and structure for their sales associates and market sectors, as well as shifting company culture from old to new.  The overarching message was about the empowerment of transformation and unification to make impactful and strategic changes.   
 
Campaign included concepts for a convention fashion show where transformation is showcased through runway attire starting with an appeal of mystery and mystique of "Dias de los Muertos" and transforming to colorful and artful elements of butterflies or various branches of life re-enforcing change and growth in a positive light.
